Role & Responsibilities
• Collection Manager taking care of entire AR role.
• Dealing with all govt tenders – acting with govt agencies in UAE
• Complete Accounting background
• Conducting monthly conference calls with countries
• Leading account team across
• Implementing policies & procedures
• Monitors and tracks aging of receivables and to ensure with the proper invoicing of the customers’ requirements and all money owed to the company is billed and received correctly and in a timely manner.
• Manages collection activities such as sending monthly Statement of Account to all customers, reconcile, follow-up and correct customer accounts, keeping track of cash receipts.
• Supervises accounts receivable team and to plan, assign and review their work to ensure that group objectives are met.
• Ensures proper recording and application of cash, management of outstanding invoices and direct interfacing with customers on collection matters.
• Ensures correct coding in the ERP system.
