The Role

Produce, design, and decorate custom cakes.

Neatly and accurately sculpt two-dimensional and three-dimensional figures using fondant, gum paste, modelling chocolate, etc.

Manage all mixing of colors for icings and make sugar ornaments

Prepare and sell decorated cakes, cupcakes and other products as per the cake manual

Requirements

At least 3 years working experience as a 3D Cake Chef.

Ability to use various cake decorating instruments and tools.

Artistic and creative.
