الوصف الوظيفي Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 15K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: The hiring company is one of the leading group of companies in the UAE based in Dubai with successful track records in retail, fashion, hospitality, interior design, and real estate industries. Job Role: Reports to the F&B;General Manager Train, develop and guides beverage TMs and entire outlets teams Ensures beverage menu is within standards, consistency and COGS are kept within budget without variances Lead teams and adhere supervisory functions whenever applicable Develop brands and strive for popularity, diversity and increment of average beverage spent per guest, as well striving to achieve set budget Promotes the desired work culture around core values which include Trust, Integrity, Respect, One Team and Service of the company and the brand ethos Requirements: 45 years old and below Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or any related course Must have certification of completed trainings Minimum 3 years of work experience in an F&B;outlet concept (casual /fine fining); with experience as a Beverage Trainer, and specialty in coffee and coffee roasting Strong customer service experience in supervisory or above capacity; with valuable knowledge in current beverage trends, local market, and suppliers Proficiency in English communication skills Key skills – excellent leadership, interpersonal, warm personality, attentive, and smart presentable Committed to delivering high levels of customer service Must have a valid UAE driving license Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized المهارات Proficiency in English communication skills Key skills – excellent leadership, interpersonal, warm personality, attentive, and smart presentable تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/beverage-manager-4328664/ |
