O3 is currently expanding our BIM 3D Team and is looking for a BIM Façade Engineer/Designer with at least 2 years’ experience to join us in Dubai. The candidate must have good communication skills and must be a team player. Facade background is required. Candidate should be in UAE with visas that are transferable.
المهارات
The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in:
Parametric 3D Modeling
Creating families and BIM content from LOD 200 to LOD 500 in Revit
Coordinating BIM façade model with other disciplines (Structural, Architectural, MEP)
Performing clash analysis
Ensuring accuracy of 3D models
Extracting shopdrawings, fabrication drawings and material take-offs from 3D models
Rhino 6 and 3ds Max
Must be a Certified Revit and Autocad user
