الوصف الوظيفي Being a part of our sales and leasing team you will be required to offer seamless service on ARAS Real Estate projects and provide a professional and passionate attitude at all times. The incumbent will liaise with existing clients to sell and lease their residential properties and hold the responsibility to source new opportunities via business development. Job type: Full-time / Commission-based (No salary) Job Perks: Quality leads, Phone, Attractive unlimited commission Key Responsibilities: · Increase the stock of finished properties in specialized locations by contacting owners and building a strong network of useful resources within communities. · Build business and achieve team goals by actively interacting, partnering, and collaborating with team members. · Possess extensive knowledge of properties within the specialty area. · Achieve company sales/leasing goals. · Provide exemplary customer service. · Build professional, long-term relationships with potential clients and focus on referral business. · Conduct appraisals/market assessments with homeowners. · Locate, follow up, and prepare properties for advertising while adhering to necessary company guidelines. · Qualify clients and conduct tours for specific properties/communities based on their needs and requirements. · Negotiate offers and contracts between owners and buyers/tenants. · Ensure CRM is always up to date with leads provided. What do we expect you to have? · Driving license from UAE or other compatible countries. · Past real estate experience in sales/leasing in Dubai or the international market. · A proven track record excelling in office/workplace discipline. · Excellent communication skills. · Positive attitude and optimistic mindset. · Able to present yourself to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and develop a long-term relationship. · Ability to take risks strong business decisions.
