الوصف الوظيفي Quantity Surveyor is a key role based in Dubai and will be directly reporting to Regional Commercial Manager, Dubai. You will be responsible to maximize the monthly applications, measurement, submission of contract variations and protecting our overall obligations/liabilities under the contract for all ongoing Aftermarket Service projects. You will be advising project staff on contractual rights, remedies and methods of redress on accelerations, project variations, delays and extension of time, BOQ items and its measurement mode for payment and assists in the preparation of financial claims and settlements. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives for UAE region. How you will do it As a Quantity Surveyor you will use your proven experience and understanding of Contractual and Costing aspect to manage the monthly variations, work in progress including reviewing and drafting of correspondence, preparing submitting and negotiating on final Accounts. You will be responsible to manage multiple sites / projects across different business areas / regions. You will be monitoring all the commercial data in relation to the project including labour, material and subcontractor cost and project budgets. You will assist the Commercial Manager with a range of other duties as and when required. You are an assertive communicator, resilient, with the ability to influence across all levels of a business, full of energy and self-motivated and a positive attitude which will help to build strong relationship with our clients based in UAE region.
