Job Description
MVK Group and its clients has and continues to invest in some of the leading
PlantBased Brands across the world and is now in a position where it would like
to create a Sales and Marketing team across the Middle East to execute sales in
the region. The brands we currently own positions in and would like to distribute
and franchise across the UAE are;
Free Soul
Purezza
The Vurger Co
Mister Freed
LoveRaw
We are also looking to increase the number of distributed products by 10 per annum.
Job Profile:
Promoting the company’s investment products in the market
Build relationships with the largest retailers across the UAE and negotiate contractual wins on behalf of the portfolio
Entrepreneurial mindset to work at a start up
Work with a team and build processes including logistics and build efficiencies
Drive sales and revenue
Work with the advertising agency, digital agency, and public relations agency
Influencer marketing
Email Marketing
Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures,
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Sales and Marketing Manager Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree
3+ years’ experience in marketing and sales with the Food and Beverage/FMCG area.
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
The applicant should have existing relationships with the large retailers across the UAE (preferably Middle East)
Understanding and knowledge of the relevant municipality FMCG procedures in the UAE
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills with a focus on building relationships and margins.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
The ability to work under pressure.
Be able to travel
Have strong negotiating abilities in order to secure the best terms possible with retailers, logistic companies and suppliers.
