الوصف الوظيفي · Carry out construct ability review during the construction stages. · Review in a timely manner the Design Consultant / Contractor(s) submittals and forward comments to the Manager. · Ensure the Design Consultant / Contractor(s) incorporate the comments raised from previous stages. · Attend Progress and Technical meetings with the Contractor(s) and other Subcontractors. · Review the materials proposed and propose alternative to improve the quality, future maintenance, safety and cost effectiveness. · Review the change requests/ Variations submitted by the Contractor(s). · Participate in the pre-qualification of the construction Subcontractors. · Chair the Technical and Progress meetings that will be held with the Contractor(s). 2. TECHNICAL AND QA/QC · Ensure that the works are carried out as per the specification, approved construction drawing and method statement. And confirm that the works are properly inspected at the required stages. · Issue and administer non-conformance, corrective action reports as necessary and ensure follow up. · Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for material purchased. · Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and submit to the Client (if required) for review and record. · Check and ensure that required tests are performed and verify its compliance against requirements. · Report quality-related matters for taking necessary action and reports for information. المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/civil-engineer-4301526/ |
