General Maintenance Supervisor and carpenter

We are holiday homes rental company , We are hiring a general maintenance worker. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and must hold a valid UAE driving licinse

Maintenance Worker Responsibilities;

* Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.

* Perform installations, assembling, fittings, repairs, and replacements as needed.

* Handle emergency maintenances and repair works.

* Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues

* Air conditioning technician. install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioners.

* Performing regular maintenance work on cooling units.

* Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures

* Routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances and Identifying the faults or hazards.

Maintenance Worker qualifications and requirements:

* Previous working experience as a Maintenance Worker for 4 year(s)

* In depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems

* Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

* Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.

* must holding UAE driving licinse

* fluent English speaking and writing, an advantage to thagalo and Hindi speaking.

* Related degree from a technical college
