We are looking for a qualified and RERA Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent who will be responsible for promoting our projects for our company. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.
You will be required to:-
• Generate client leads to buy, and sell our projects.
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Promote our projects by marketing location, features, square footage, ROI, etc.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met, Present purchase offers to sellers, Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, deeds, and all other documents to complete each real estate transaction.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Excellent Interpersonal Communication.
• Effective use of marketing techniques
• Promote properties with ads, listings, and social media campaigns.
• Maintain your real estate license and knowledge.
