The Sales and Marketing Manager represents the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. المهارات 1. Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market 2.Conceptualising and executing channel sales promotion schemes to increase the brand visibility, thereby preparing management level reporting on the brand’s performance, needs and forecasts 3. Monitoring the model wise product planning, sales &; inventory weekly basis and forecasting the channel/market requirement in advance based on demand &; the project in line 4. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping knowledge of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics, also evolving market segmentation &; penetration strategies to achieve targets. 5. Interface with the inbound supply chain to meet customer service, quality and cost requirements. 6. Supervising new product management, complete product lifecycle and product rollouts; deploying suitable market research tools to gauge market trends &; competitor activities to gain the competitive edge on the market. 7. Managing marketing functions like product planning &; road maps, consultation, and business development as well as managing the pre-analysis data and post analysis of product launch 8.Administering network expansion &; correction strategy, the appointment of reliable distributors/dealers, sales personnel and monitoring their performance, implementing control measures, through effective channel management strategy 9. Accountable for Cost of Manufacturing, Material Efficiency, Manpower Productivity and Utility efficiency 10. Coordinate with Sales and QA function to address customer and consumer complaints 11.
