Public Relations Officer
ACCL International is an Afghan-owned company, providing Secure Accommodations, Life Support Services and Operational Maintenance, Logistics, Construction, Catering, Retail, Satellite and Information Technology with office in JLT -DMCC.
ACCL International is looking to hire an experienced Public Relations Officer.
The Officer is responsible for establishing a channel of communication between businesses and the government. He will be the over all-in charge in the legal documentation, business approvals, company license renewals, visa services for employees, dependents and domestic workers and process it in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
• Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employees.
• Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
• Facilitate new and renewal of family visas for the owner of the company.
• Facilitate renewal of residence visas for dependents.
• Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees and dependents.
• Monitors and facilitate new, renewal of company licenses and other government related documents (Trade licenses, establishment cards, PO Box, Mulkiya, Tenancy contracts, Etisalat, DU, Afghan visa)
• Provide expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other government related procedures.
• Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.
• The ever-changing government rules and regulations requires the post-holder to be abreast of updates on information / documents and at times certain jobs have to be tacked efficiently without much notice.
• Any TO-DO-NOW jobs always have to be evaluated, prioritized and accomplished at short notices.
• Submission of Liquidation report to Finance Department after finishing the visa process.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer.
• Knowledgeable in processing visas, trade licenses, establishment card, tenancy contracts, DMCC, mulkiya, Etisalat, DU and other government related transactions.
• Proactive and reliable
• Can start immediately
• With Driver’s license
