Our digital platform helps entrepreneurs and business owners set up a business successfully in the UAE by taking them through a curated journey and providing simplified unbiased data and enabling them to make the right decision using rich comparative reports.
About the role:
Ezeebiz is looking for young, dynamic, and smart candidates with relevant experience in the Business set up industry in the UAE, to join our sales team.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be result oriented.
The Business Set-Up Advisor is responsible for generating and developing sales, providing sales consultations, and executing the license application and completion process.
In addition, she/he should have the capacity to set-up and assist multiple clients with different zones simultaneously, scope new areas of business, cold calling and have the ability to develop strategic partners.
She/he should be proficient in, document creation and management, customer relations and database management.
Fluency in English is a must and being bilingual (Arabic speaking) would be an advantage.
We are looking for multi-talented Sales Professionals.
Scope of Duties is as follows:
Convert leads generated through an array of marketing platforms into realized business
The candidate will be responsible for generating and closing new leads and advising on BUSINESS SET UP and COMPANY FORMATION solutions in UAE mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions.
Conduct meetings with potential clients to develop an understanding of their businesses and consult and execute for clients, the entire process of setting up a business in UAE
Fully understand the product offerings of Ezeebiz and local laws related to different business set up processes and be able to educate clients about the processes and requirements
Present recommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities and advantages of starting a business in different zones in UAE
Manage the process to deliver high levels of cost-clarity and customer satisfaction at all times
Manage client portfolio and advise them on the most appropriate setup for their desired business activity
Carrying out research to understand the nature of business the client intends to start and its implications in different zones in UAE
Display strong sales, negotiation, listening, empathy and organizational skills in the pursuit of converting leads into sales.
Provide excellent customer service thereby increasing the satisfaction and quality of experience
Support compliance and the customer in gathering the required documentation to support license application in a timely manner through the clear explanation of the application process and its key steps.
Keep the Clients appraised of the application status and any issues arising working closely with Account managers and compliance teams.
Represent Ezeebiz professionally in both client and networking situations and actively promote all activities that contribute towards the growth of Ezeebiz
Contribute to the development of marketing materials, promotions, and digital content
Attend networking events to promote Ezeebiz Technologies services
Establish and maintain good communication and coordination with the referral zones.
Attend and participate in team meetings, working in partnership will colleagues as and when required.
Liaising with internal teams to keep the client informed on the progress and ensure proper communication
Prepare and present sales reports to the management. Update and maintain CRM system to facilitate opportunity tracking and robust pipeline data
Ensure that accurate documentation is submitted in a timely manner

Qualifications and requirements
A Graduate degree in Marketing / Business administration or equivalent 5-7 years’ experience in the field of business setup in the UAE.
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, to actively look for ways to help people, and to adjust actions in relation to others’ actions.
