We are looking for Customer Service Executive (Arabic Speaker Only) for our reputed company in Dubai UAE.
Requirements:
• Proven customer support experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiar with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Solve the customer issues immediately.
Qualifications:-
• Candidate should have graduation
• Candidate should have at least 2-4 years of UAE experience in the same field.
• Preferred Candidate: Visit Visa / Cancelled Visa
Salary: Depends upon experience
