Urgent Requirement for an experienced Private House Chef in the United Arab Emirates; Preferred Nationality – Indian & Sri Lankan; Gender – Male; Salary – AED 2,500 to AED 3,000; Location – Dubai, UAE.
Create and develop new recipes for the employer.
Be involved in purchasing ingredients and management of inventories.
Maintain adequate stock levels of ingredients and plan menus according to employers’ needs & diet restrictions.
Ensure cleanliness of the workstation by washing dishes and keeping the utensils & other equipment in proper storage areas.
Handle all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff.
Prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events.
Serve meals and snacks to employing families and their guests.
المهارات
Must have extensive knowledge of Arabic Cuisine.
Must have good communication skills.
Having experience working in a private house withinGCC is required.
Candidates who are available to join immediately are preferred.
