Customer Service Leader
We are expanding our team and we are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Leader. In the capacity of the role, they will be expected to provide excellent customer service attributes to our tenants and customers alike! They should work on increasing customer satisfaction, building stronger loyalty base and supporting the organization to meet our Customer Excellence milestones.
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in the same or a similar role and should be abreast with adopting and implementing the latest industry standards and best practice.
This position is for the iconic Al Qana entertainment destination in Abu Dhabi, and candidates that are currently residing in the UAE with current or past experience leading customer management roles at Entertainment Parks, Amusement Parks and within the Hospitality Sector will be preferred.
