New Opportunity for Head of Physiotherapy role
• Based in Dubai, our client is a successful and growing healthcare business so the ideal candidate would thrive in this environment that supports and rewards initiative and drive.
• Reporting to the Clinic Manager, the Head of Physiotherapy has overall responsibility for the day to day operations of the therapy areas, the therapy team and the services provided.
• He/she must ensure team compliance with the Clinic SOP’s, CPQ and Health Authority Regulation (Ministry of Health/DHA/DHCC).
• In addition, the post holder will have people management responsibility for all Therapists and Nurses within the clinic.
• The Head of Physiotherapy will be allocated time to see patients as well as non- patient facing time to complete all management responsibilities.
• Be a qualified Physiotherapist/Chiropractor or Osteopath with a minimum of 7 years’ experience within a Clinic/OPD or appropriate healthcare service environment
• Be keen to further their career in a leadership capacity
