• English law qualified or qualified in another Commonwealth Jurisdiction
• Excellent academic background
• Strong projects/construction experience from a top-tier law firm, including:
• Advising governments, sponsors, and lenders on a project -finance, energy, and infrastructure projects; and
• Drafting and advising on associated concession, shareholder, EPC, O&M;, off-take, feedstock and supply agreements
• Experienced in working in the Middle East and with FIDIC contracts
• Be proactive in developing the firm’s business and a willingness to assist in the development of client relationships, through meetings, presentations, producing know-how, and other business development initiatives.
