Hiring Fresh Structural Engineer for a supervision consultant role in a large scale Pre-Cast Villas Project. The project will have residential and supporting facility buildings in Dubai.
Candidate Must Have
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a variety of sorts of construction projects.
Hard Skills:
• Solid technical background with excellent knowledge of civil materials and structural detailing.
• Strong knowledge of construction Quality Control.
• Good site experience (PreCast experience is a plus).
• Good knowledge of American codes & British Standards applied.
• Designer-like familiarity with ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, PROKON, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Strong reporting abilities with knowledge of MS office suite, e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
Soft Skills:
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to communicate effectively – verbal, written, and graphically.
• Able to illustrate and communicate conceptual thinking, with manual drawing and presentation.
• Robust knowledge of tools, documentation, processes, and procedures relevant to the Civil-Structural discipline.
