We are seeking to hire a bright, dynamic individual who has passion for service and commitment to excellence.
The Director of IT is responsible for delivering creative technology solutions to the company’s nationwide locations, helping to define modernization and implement innovative technological initiatives that will have significant impact on the company’s future. Projects are broad in scope and require creativity, flexibility, analytical and structured thinking, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.
Job responsibilities:
The Director of IT will have responsibility for strategic planning and strategy project work, including:
Owning the strategic project definition, idea generation, development, implementation, operation, and evaluation of the technology program for the company
Network design/ network setup experience
Creating and maintaining vendor relationships
Providing leadership in identifying creative tech solutions, ensuring that they are consistent with the vision of the company as well as the practicality for use at our locations nationwide
Working collaboratively to use technology and include technology applications as an integral part of day-to-day operations
Providing leadership for short- and long-range planning for all technology initiatives: vision, goals, program objectives/strategies/activities, infrastructure, staffing, training, evaluation, budgeting, and collaboration with others
Planning, developing, and implementing associate development activities to meet established technology integration needs
Working with various levels of management to integrate technology in the ongoing business operations areas
Structuring analysis of technology, market and industry trends that will impact our business and in turn our technology organization
Job requirements:
At least seven years of experience in IT leadership roles
Experience of working with, and implementing SAP ERP platform
The ability to both think strategically but also be entirely comfortable ‘rolling your sleeves up’
A track record of leading and inspiring others
ITIL is a must
Experience of working with, and implementing SAP ERP platform
ITIL is a must.
