We are looking to hire a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to join our team UKR Trading FZ LLC, Dubai.
Ideal candidate must have 3 years of experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Content writing on our website and other online platforms.
• Monitor media presence on our website.
• Website testing and monitoring day to day activity.
• Develop the marketing calendar for promotions and newsletters.
• Maximizing the conversions with e-mail campaigns.
• Perform data analysis and searching for new sales channels.
• Work on multiple platforms like: Noon, Amazon, Carrefour, Mumzworld, Sharaf DG and make listings and track the orders, returns, refunds, pricing and overall progress.
• Prepare reports and maintain track of all activities on websites, perform tests and assist in all website conversation and recommend improvements in strategies to increase customer retention and design site content.
• Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
• Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates.
