Minimum of 6-8 years of experience (Uber or Careem experience required)
EZhire is growing rapidly in the existing markets and is expanding to other countries, you will be the General Manager working on the stability and growth in the existing market by creating and executing SOPs and internal processes and also working towards the expansion into the new markets.
Requirement:
A self-driven, independent manager who is commercially minded with an entrepreneurial outlook.
Proven track record in business development and transformation.
Ability to quickly and consistently establish rapport to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and service providers.
Ability to understand the problems and finding innovative solutions.
Should have strong knowledge in the documentation of the process like contracts, terms, and conditions, training guides, etc.
Experienced in report designing and helping IT to design reports to support the smooth execution of the operations.
Able to consistently multi-task, manage details, and execute effective follow-through.
Work independently and within a team, must be fast-paced, open to change, and can take on complexity.
