8.Maintain good working knowledge of the welding characteristics of metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium
9.Read and interpret welding blueprints, schematics, and codes
10.Carry out preventative maintenance and repair of piping systems and metal structures
11.Ensure welding operations meet set specifications and construction requirements
12.Oversee the training and mentoring of new and trainee TIG welders
13.Perform TIG welding on materials such as fiberglass, iron, plastic, and copper
