DHA Licensing Specialist
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills in English language
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of related knowledge – DHA & Dataflow *processes within Hospitals in UAE
• Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Positive attitude, Critical thinking skills & an active team player
Roles & Responsibilities:
• DHA’s approval & requirements for all facility expansions, license renewals & cancellations
• Dealing with Licensing, Registration, Credentialing, Primary *Source Verification, Prometric Examination up-to obtaining license.
• Coordinating & scheduling Site Visits & interviews
• Accompanying Physicians to the assessment venue
• Distributing licenses to medical professionals.
• Advise applicants Dataflow & DHA requirements within the specified guidelines.
• Dealing with Government Relations, New Visas Staff/ family
• Develop & maintain good relations
• Coordinating Medical Insurance
• Weekly reports & Administration tasks
• Ensure systematic data is maintained meeting DHA & JCIA standards
• Report potential risks
