Required Safety Manager.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities.
Monitoring and reporting on the project compliance with the company procedures
Ensuring the project teams are aware of their roles within the company policies procedures and HSE plans
Design training programs, Conduct induction training for the labors Perform risk assessments, obtaining all required authorities NOCs, ability to effectively articulate policies, procedures and processes etc.
Education/Certification.
A bachelor’s degree or higher in Safety, Engineering or related technical field with relevant professional diploma/certification such as NEBOSH with tertiary level qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Fire Prevention & Risk Management.
Years of Experience
7 to 10 years UAE work experience in large diverse establishment with the latter in a responsible management position. Computer Skills–Excellent computer skills required.
Should be capable of defining HSE systems requirements
Contracting Company background Experience required.
