Responsible for customer relationship management and ensure the control of customer attrition.
Good knowledge of UAE WPS salary processing.
Coordination of end-to end operations of WPS -salary processing.
Complying with the central bank standards and ensure the entire operations is streamlined to meet the same.
Liaise with all internal and external stake holders to ensure the smooth operations.
Should be disciplined and organized and should possess high level of problem solving skills.
Should be a team player and shall be able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of Advanced excel and Microsoft tools is a must.
