• Diagnosing / Identifying Hardware or Software issues on computers and basic troubleshooting skills for resolve the same
• Basic troubleshooting of Printers, Network switches and telephone instruments
• Basic troubleshooting of CCTV equipment
• Basic troubleshooting / diagnosing of Network related issues
• Basic troubleshooting skills for Internet, Intranet and WiFi related issues
• Punching, crimping skills of RJ45 & RJ11 panels and cords
• OS and office software installations and troubleshooting
• Installation of Antivirus and other business-related software
• Knowledge about database software in general
• Liaising with vendors for Hardware purchases and AMC related requirements
• Visiting Project sites and external support providers on need basis
• Documentation and bookkeeping
• Following daily checklists and keeping it up to date
• Housekeeping of IT Department and IT Stores periodically
• Data backup and restoration
• Maintenance of IT library
