Purpose of the job:
Under the supervision of Senior Strategy Manager, performs work related to QHSEE and CSR/GRI.

Key Activity and Tasks:
HSE:
Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects.
Supports the Top Management in the HSE Management System standard issue.
Ensures, in accordance with the corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided.
Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.
Conducts safety audits both internal and external.
Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.
Carries out any in-house safety training.
Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.
Liaises between Clients on safety related issues.
Performs Risk Assessment.
Preparation of Health and Safety documentation for new tenders.
Quality:
Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.
Ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems.
Oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements.
Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
Lead a team of Quality engineers, inspectors, auditors, analysts, and technicians
Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.
Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
Conduct periodic management review meetings.
Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality. Contribute to the development, management and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategies and programs.
CSR:
Create and lead CSR communication plans and campaigns, including employee engagement, in support of the company’s CSR and sustainability efforts.
Drive CSR messaging/content creation and integration across corporate communication channels in partnership with functional departments.
Lead efforts to write, design, develop and promote the company’s CSR report.
Conduct research and benchmarks against other CSR leading companies to ensure EMICOOL’s CSR practices are best-in-class.
Support information and data review/response to stakeholder inquiries and investor related CSR analysis.
Provide technical and coordination support for CSR programs and issues.
GRI:
Manages stakeholder engagement efforts.
Oversees annual sustainability report, working with marketing, communications, engineering, finance and other key functions.
Leads ENERGY management system (EnMS) and ISO certification efforts.
Initiates plans, executes and manages sustainability projects and related goals/metrics (pilot projects, energy/water efficiency, employee programs, etc).
Drives internal communications/training programs.
Manages all sustainability driven disclosures, ensuring governance and controls of data.
Develops sustainability dashboard look and feel to facilitate company-wide understanding and access to sustainability performance.
Drives for continuous improvement in sustainability program.
