We are looking for Assistant Housekeeper for Flora Al Barsha Hotel with an experience of two years in a similar position/Housekeeping Supervisor role from a 4/5 star International Hotel Chain for minimum of 5 years.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate should have:
• Minimum five years’ experience in housekeeping from a 4/5 star International Hotel Chain. Pre –Opening Experience will be an added advantage.
• Hotel Management Degree or equivalent
• Prior experience of a Housekeeping Supervisor
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge of HK protocol procedures and HK quality control
• Experienced in leading and guiding a team of room attendants
• Housekeeping/laundry experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector in a managerial or supervisory capacity
• High level of commercial awareness and cost control capabilities
• Knowledge in Opera
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent grooming standards
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
