• Arabic Telesales Agent
• Candidates must have 1-2 years’ experience in Telesales/Customer service in the Real Estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer knowledge in MS Excel and Word, CRM knowledge is a PLUS.
• Must speak fluent Arabic and English (clear and concise accent)
• A sales-focused attitude with a willingness to serve clients effectively.
• Must be hardworking.
JOB SUMMARY:
• To contact potential clients in the UAE and other countries in order to increase sales opportunities.
• Entering and updating the client’s details into the database.
• Will present the product appropriately to clients
• Manage inbound and outbound calls
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls
• Calling clients from the given database.
