Production Operator

الوصف الوظيفي
Ø Work in a safe environment by taking care of one’s safety

Ø Adherence to health and safety regulations within workplace

Ø Perform safety checks on every machine

Ø Set up the Equipment for the Production as per the shop orders

Ø Doing changeovers, loading the yarn, winding the coils, tagging and packing it into the right boxes, labelling and palletizing

Ø Prepare the Boxes, Pack and tag the quality products produced on a pallet. Report any abnormalities on the assigned machines and correct it

Ø Work efficiently, reducing scraps and packing the right quality

Ø Verifies in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests and communicating required adjustments

Ø Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output

Ø Perform regular and preventative maintenance on machines to ensure optimum work cycles

Ø Maintain and clean machines/area assigned before and after each shift

Ø Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions

Ø Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.

Ø Prepares shift end reports and managing handover to the next shift

Ø Participate in meetings, contribute for improvement ideas and take lead in team collaboration activities

المهارات
-Must have experience handling extrusion machines/cnc machines

-Should be based in UAE

-Experience in plastic/manufacturingindustry is required
