Job Description: Outdoors Sales Executive
Position Summary
• This Position Exist to grow the EX-Trading book of business by identifying opportunities to solve the needs of both current and future clients.
Essential Functions
• Give a daily commitment and an activity plan to the Sales Manager.
• Meet or exceed performance criteria:
o 150 Outreached New Calls, Follow-up calls & meetings / Week
o 50 New and actual leads / Week
o 20 New quotations / Week
• Encoding, update all clients profiles from Calls, follow-up calls, meetings, site surveys, quotations & proposals, contracts in CRM accordingly.
• Sells passenger and freight elevators, escalators, and dumbwaiters to clients and contractors: Contacts property clients and agents of prospective customers to obtain blueprints of proposed new construction and submits to Sales Manager for bid & quotation.
• Confers with clients of existing structures to determine type of installation required.
• Inspects premises to verify feasibility of request and recommends changes for more efficient operation.
• Submits specifications, such as number, size, type, load capacity, and speed of elevator to Sales Manager for quotation preparation.
• Presents bid to customer, explains cost factors, emphasizing characteristics, such as construction, performance, durability, and appearance of equipment.
• Follows up order to ensure lists of materials ordered are correct and work will be completed by project deadline.
• Contacts clients periodically to advise of progress of work, and attends sales and trade meetings and reads journals to keep informed of market conditions, business trends, and new developments in industry.
• Additional duties may be assigned and this job description may change without notice at the discretion of the management.
Work Schedule
• Typical Working hours:
o Facility hours
Sunday-Thursday: 8am-6pm.
o Schedule may vary from day to day in the best interest of the company, however reasonable schedule preferences may be granted at the discretion of management.
o After hours shifts to accommodate essential functions.
