الوصف الوظيفي MAIN OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Strategic and operational planning, development of the company’s trading strategy for the UAE and foreign markets; - Market analysis (customers, competitors, level of quantitative and qualitative distribution); - Direct responsibility for the implementation of targets and return of funds; - Organization of effective work of Sales department (sales representatives, regional managers, managers for work with foreign block, operators); - Operational control over the quality of sales representatives ‘work directly in customers’ outlets; - Management of assortment of more than 3 000 SKU (sales analytics by product groups, determination of objective reasons for growth/decline, development of measures to stimulate sales); - Development of existing ones and opening of new sales channels; - Organization of active search and attracting new customers, overseeing of quality control of the proposed service; - Negotiation and personal control of direct sales to all key customers; - Compliance with trade policy and sales strategy, control and rapid response to market changes (prices, range, etc.); - Supports the process of pricing and introducing new products; - Organizes and manages mandatory monthly reports on time; - Organize interaction between the commercial and other departments; - Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales department on key indicators and take measures to improve results. المهارات - Professional experience as a Commercial Director in a large wholesale company-at least 3 years; - Higher education; - Readiness for business trips (20-30% of working time); - Fluent in English or Russian-written and oral; - Experience in creating a successful strategy and trade policy; - Analytical and detailed planning skills; - Budgeting and financial data analysis skills; - Skills of assortment matrix management with more than 3 000 SKU; - Experience in maintaining sustainable and effective business relationships with trading partners; - Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills; high leadership qualities; - Desire for self-improvement and achievement of results, high degree of self-discipline, systematic approach to work; - High level of personal responsibility, loyalty to the company and ability to work in a dynamic environment - under pressure; - Standard level of computer literacy (MS Office).
