Hiring Business Development Executive
The Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of a proven track record of selling BIM (Building Information Modeling) services Globally & Should have strong business acumen in the area of Building Information Modeling Services.
Should have the knowledge of MEP, Structural & Architectural work in AEC industry.
Must be familiar with latest technologies in AEC industry such as BIM (Scan to BIM, 3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D) etc.
To develop and promote the sale of company’s services to architects, MEPF Engineering design companies, infrastructure project developers and contractors.
Identify Prospects with respect to BIM (Building Information Modeling) Services & maintain a healthy pipeline of projects.
Assist the Business Head in Converting the Leads into Clients.
Analyze the BIM Market Trends & Identify the new markets for business expansion.
Must be able to comprehensively map accounts and identify and contact the right person and engage for further conversion.
