Responsible for managing the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate, infrastructure, including network connectivity and day to day IT activities & ensures that all IT requirements of a company are fulfilled.
Configuration, deployment, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, monitors, and multifunction devices from leading manufacturers and vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented systems and networks.
Basic Health check and other DBA Activities-Database Sizes/ Log Sizes/ Temp Database
Conduct all internal application development / testing activities.
Office 365, Microsoft Exchange Support.
End User Desktop & Applications Support.
Proactive in resolving the issues and taking additional responsibilities
Required to travel to support to other company sites
Infrastructure Engineer Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
Certifications like CCNA, MCSC in Infrastructure, Hardware & Networking is mandatory
Driving license is a must.
