To Operate and carry out maintenance of HVAC and Associated Systems at Silicon Park.
Main Responsibilities
1. Operate the Centrifugal Chillers.
2. Operate Water Treatment Plants RO Systems.
3. Monitor the operation of Heat Exchanger Rooms.
4. Operate and monitor Cooling Towers and relevant pumps.
5. Trouble shooting of operation of all systems.
6. Follow up the maintenance issues with helpdesk and contractor.
7. Make routine inspections of the equipment and ensure that equipment are working.
8. Monitoring DSOA properties and common areas from any violations.
9. Responsible for developing the relationship with clients.
10. Contribute energy saving programs and identify the area for energy saving.
11. Repair of all AHU, chillers, VAV, FCU pumps and relevant control panels.
12. Responsible to maintain the VFD panel and DDC controllers.
13. To be available 24/7 at the emergency cases.
14. Complete the planned preventive maintenance schedule and maintain the records.
15. Knowledge in chiller management system.
16. Follow up with the site supervisor for different type of works.
17. Adhere to all policies and procedures of DSOA
18. Follow up any other works or duties requested by FM at DSOA.
19. Able to work independently on the breakdown / trouble shooting.
20. Check the As built drawings.
21. Provide operating schedules for all equipment to save energy. Review the same and periodically update.
22. Replace the spares and maintain the records.
23. Follow HSE practices in order to avoid accidents.
24. Regular inspection of all meters and record consumptions.
المهارات
Should have a Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical.
Computer literate.
Fluent in English.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Facilities Management industry.
Relevant experience in RO Plant,Water Cooled Chiller, Cooling Tower, and Swimming Pools.
UAE Valid Driving License
