You are:
You will be employed in the position of CLUB BUILDER at eGolf Megastore.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual to on board in the position of CLUB TECHNICIAN. In this role, you will maintain customer service standards, generate sales, custom fit, repair and build clubs.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
Club Building Responsibilities
Your responsibilities shall include but are not limited to:
Assemble entire golf clubs – club head, shaft, grip to exact specifications including cutting, weighing, tipping, epoxying, turning ferrules, gripping
All facets of club repair, including loft and lie adjustment
Keep work area organized with clubs in process to be built, clubs that are completed, quality assurance, paperwork for all work executed builds
Manage build supplies and ordering
Club Fitting Responsibilities
Professionally custom fit all customers with the best possible head and shaft combinations based upon their individual needs from all hardware brands (Callaway, Titleist, PING, Honma, Cobra, PXG, TaylorMade, Mizuno, Srixon, Cleveland, EPON, XXIO, Miura)
Perform club fitting and club performance modifications through the use of club fitting equipment (Trackman 4, GCQuad / Flight Scope)
Provide product and service recommendations according to customer’s needs
Manage workflow for all customer services including establishing turn-around times to meet customer’s needs
Complete, organize and stores all customers’ work orders
Assist with outdoor fitting events at green grass locations for any of TaylorMade, HOMNA, Srixon, Cleveland, PXG and Cobra and other hardware brands.

Requirements:
3+ years’ prior club building experience in a golf retail sales or custom fitting environment or working for any of the major OEMs
3+ years’ minimum experience in club repair
Knowledge of club heads, shafts, grips, and build equipment
Prior considerable experience performing professional club fitting with the use of launch monitor technology (GC Quad, FlightScope or Trackman 4)
A sound understanding of the performance properties of the key shaft companies we fit with (Oban, Fujikura, Mitsubishi, Veylix, TPT, Accra, Aerotech, Graphite Design etc)
Good communication skills, a drive to succeed and able to work in a team environment to lead and inspire others to follow
Sound golf equipment knowledge and high playing ability
Able to cohesively operate in a team environment with emphasis on customer satisfaction
Nationality: South East Asian’s
