Urgently looking for locally available candidates in Uae for General Services Manager / Facility Manager.
Be the focal point of any fault/Damages/breakdown within the facility and monitor the rectification accordingly
Oversee the performance management of service provider to ensure its compliance with the contract (eg the frequency of preventive maintenance, response time to the corrective maintenance with respect to the KPI according to the incident urgency, carry out regular inspection to ensure execution of other activities such as landscape, cleaning etc)
Ensure the approved Office policies, practice and procedure are understood and followed by entity employees
Respond and resolve employee queries on general service, workmen accommodation, and administrative related matters
Minimum 8 year of relevant working experience
Applicants must have 8 years experience in General Services and Administration.
