Description
Delivery of items and fixation of the same at the customer’s place
To ensure highest level of customer service
Rectification of the various deliveries and problems raised by the customers at times, looking and assessing the magnitude of the problem in consultation with the delivery section
To provide feedback about the product and also customers’ feedback about the product to the delivery section
Fixing furniture displays on retail floor in case of big projects
Rectifying damages in the workshop
Training of the new carpenters
Ensuring Safety of the goods during deliveries
Carrying an updated toolbox while at the customer’s place
Maintaining dress code while on work.
Ensuring decorum to be maintained while on customers house ie remove shoes, take permission for starting work, say thank you after work, empty c/boxes to be removed.
Loading and off-loading of cartons for customer delivery
Able to use hand-held device
