Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Comply with Dubai Land Department regulations.
Respond to all incoming inquiries within 24 hours and system should be updated accordingly
Produce activity report / updates for management
Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property
Have at least 3-5 years’ experience in Dubai Real Estate (with proven Track record of sales transaction).
Experience dealing with High-net Investors and VVIP clientele
Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English. Added advantage for Arabic, Russian or Chinese speakers.
Accomplished RERA Examination or must have a Broker Card
Have a valid UAE Driver License with own car.
