Holiday Homes Rental Company in Dubai is looking for a Business Development Executive.
Identify property owners who would like to rent their apartments for short-term rentals
Pitch the offerings of company to property owners
Maintain good working relationships with property owners and brokers
Achieve and exceed sales objectives
Develop sales pipeline focused on bringing in new business and customer satisfaction
Serve as the property owner’s advocate within our organization to ensure our commitments are delivered on time and are in line with expectations
Meet & exceed weekly and monthly sales activity, revenue quotas, sales goals, KPI’s and performance activity
Planning and preparing presentations (PowerPoint skills) / quotations
Strong understanding of Holiday Home Market would be a plus
Proficiency in English and use of Microsoft Office
