Service Advisor
Perform write-up of job card such as entering the customer’s information and concern
Coordinate with the supervisor to determine the amount of service needed on the vehicle and prepare the job card
Perform preliminary evaluation; check if the work to be done will be covered under warranty
Review customer service history for indication that current repair requests have been noted/repaired previously
Advise the customer on the type of service needed for the vehicle and overall performance of the vehicle
Coordinate with Customer Relations Representative (After Sales) in solving customers’ complaints
3-5 year’s related work experience in automotive dealership in UAE/GCC
