Job Purpose
Maintain stable, reliable and secure network environments by efficient usage of resources, timely resolution of operating security incidents/ problems, and effective implementation of system applications adhering to standard operating procedures to meet the Bank’s business and functional needs and the department’s commitments.
Administration of Firewalls, IDS/ IPS, WAF, DAM/ DAP, SMTP & HTTP G/Ws, SIEM, Anti-Virus, EDR.
Manage, lead and monitor, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of network security systems and components.
Planning, implementation & support disaster recovery & business continuity initiatives.

Education/ Professional Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ MCA from a recognised university
CCNP preferred
Bachelor\’s Degree or Diploma Graduate in Computer Science
Professional Certification in Network Security domain (CCNP/ CCNA/ CCIE)
ITIL (Minimum Foundation Level)
Work Experience
6-8 years’ experience of which 4-5 years in network administration
Extensive experience in configurations of network equipment.
Experience in Network Equipment Security
Experience in Disaster Recovery Planning
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
Good knowledge of security systems (Firewalls, IDS/ IPS, WAF, DAM/ DAP, SMTP & HTTP G/Ws, SIEM, Anti-Virus, EDR)
Good understanding of system requirements for banking operational processes
Good command of English. Arabic language would be an added advantage
Very strong WAN/ LAN/ TCP/ IP networking skills
