Position Overview
Lead presentations to large, high-profile clients
Establish and maintain strong client relationships
Establish creative concepts that meet clients’ vision and support project scope and budget
A design mentor across the firm, guiding team members in their professional growth
Actively participate with external industry groups
المهارات
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
Architectural license
12+ years of Interior Architecture experience
Proven track record of establishing and maintaining clients
Experience in all phases of design with a primary focus on concept development and design direction
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of designers, clients, contractors, consultants and other key stakeholders
