We are actively recruiting for skilled automotive technicians eager to establish a rewarding career within our automotive busines of TOYOTA.
Purpose:
To ensure that assigned Service / Repair Jobs are executed in line with established work procedures, time standards and housekeeping standards so that overall objectives of productivity are met or exceeded.
Duties:
Carries out all services (as above)
Carries out Level I and Level II repairs
Carries out Level III Diagnosis and Level III repair rectification using hi-tech diagnostic and repair tools and equipment
Collects & presents technical information for feedback to principals for product improvement
Context and Skills:
Execute the assigned repairs according to the Toyota quality standards.
Ensure to clock in & clock off the repairs every time.
Ensure the immediate communication of the job stoppage to the job controller.
Ensure to sustain the TSM Kodawari standards at the work area.
Ensure the minimum productivity 130% at the end of every month.
Coordinate with Foreman/Team Leader or quality controller in case of additional repair estimation.
Coordinate with the foreman or quality controller in case of diagnosis required in any vehicle.
Ensure that all the estimates are being handed over to the foreman the verification prior to proceed to the next level.
Ensure all the replaced warranty parts are being stored properly with the warranty tag attached with them.
Ensure to wear the safety items while working on machines such as grinder etc. in order to ensure the safety in the workshop.

Additional Skills:
Should read, understand and write English well enough to follow Toyota Training
Should preferably be a certified Toyota pro-technician.
Communication skills
Driving License (GCC)
To qualify for the position, you must have:
High school graduate & Tech. School Graduate
3~5 years in reputed workshop as Auto Mechanic
