Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone

Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.

Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.

Manage client accounts and maintain relationships, all through taking and making phone calls

POSITION: Telesales Executive

SALARY: up to 4,000 AED monthly gross depending on qualifications

LOCATION:  Dubai, UAE

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Open to ANY nationals

Male/Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing or any related courses

At least 2 to 3 years of Telesales or Telemarketing experience, preferably from banking / insurance industry

Must be able to negotiate and be quick to understand the values and terms of the product or service they are selling

With creative thinking skills

Excellent communication skills

Have a good sales ability
