Employer: Metal Mining & Trading
Designation: CS/ CA or CS/ LLB
Salary: upto AED 10K (all inclusive)
Note:
The candidate must have a combination of either CS/ CA or CS/ LLB
Must be available within UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must be able to handle Private placement of shares, Right issues, IPO’s etc.
Must know basics of Regulatory work.
Must have dealth with Portfolio activities.
