Our client is one of the biggest citizenship investment company which provides citizenship programs to legally obtain a second passport. They are officially authorized and licensed by international Governments for citizenship processing and have successfully processed a second nationality for thousands of clients from over 45 countries across Middle East, Africa, Europe and Asia. They are looking to expand their network of offices and increase their international presence as well as diversify into new related business areas.
They are seeking to hire a Corporate Management Associate as a part of top management team who will be directly reporting to the COO. We are looking for a young and enthusiastic person, with strong push, to help the management of the company on its international expansion and to pursue new businesses. The main duties of the candidate will be to pursue opportunities for long-term growth and develop a strong network of agents and commercial relationships. We need someone with experience in Business management or Consulting and who can ideally set up a commercial network.
Key Responsibilities:
Performing all kinds of business research
Devising strategies for driving sales growth across the business
Setting up and liaise with commercial partnerships
Developing the network and nurturing commercial agents
Analysing existing business processes and proposing changes where appropriate
Implementing new business initiatives across the new business and sales teams
Identifying sales opportunities as a result of market changes
Implementing sales incentives to drive sales performance within the commercial network
Negotiating agency and partnership contracts and ensuring their profitability
Working with the management team to devise marketing materials and tools to support new business ideas
المهارات
Fluent English and Arabic speaker
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience in business consulting or business management
Ideally experience in setting up a commercial network
Analytical capacity and logical rationing: Experience in developing financial models and comparable analysis.
Strong business research skills
