Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Negotiate/close deals and respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction
Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
Achieve growth, handle accounts and hit sales targets
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
المهارات
Open to ANY nationality, preferably Filipino, Indian and Pakistani nationals
Male or Female, below 35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales, or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry
With good contacts and exposure to real estate, health and education industries
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Excellent communication skills
