Job Description and Requirements
Job Purpose:
The incubant will lead the procurement function, including development and implementation of strategic and operational sourcing, contracting and supply management strategies.
Ensure the operations processes within the organization attain the best value.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and implement procurement policies and processes
Ensure consistent and standardized approaches for all procurement activities
Design and execute the procurement strategy with tactical and innovative programs
Deliver enhanced benefits and value to the customer/end user and to support service delivery aims
Achieve a high-level of performance in procurement and deliver high quality advice and to stakeholders
Identify and manage commercial, contractual, operational, financial, ethical and supply chain risks
Minimize negative impacts on the organization while encouraging opportunity and innovation
Establish performance standards and evaluation processes to assess and report on procurement activity in terms of progress, results, customer satisfaction, value and cost
Job requirements:
Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field
Experience: 7-10 years of related experience, with at least 3 years of managerial role
Experience in a trading / sourcing company is a must
